CNC System

Functions:

Analyzes program instructions and coordinates the movement of each axis.

Provides a human-machine interface (such as a touchscreen), supporting manual machine setup and simulated machining.

Core Algorithm: Interpolation calculation (linear/circular interpolation) to achieve complex contour machining.

Transmission System

Spindle Drive: Variable frequency motor or direct drive motor, speed range 50~6000rpm (up to 10000rpm for heavy-duty lathes).

Feed System:

X-axis: Controls radial cutting (diameter variation).

Z-axis: Controls axial cutting (length variation).

C-axis (optional): Enables indexing or milling functions (milling-turning).

Transmission Components: Ball screw (repeatability ±0.003mm), linear guide.

Tool System

Tool Post Types:

Group tool post (simple and efficient, suitable for high-volume production).

Turret tool post (8~12 positions, supports automatic tool change).

Tool Material: Carbide (roughing), CBN/PCD (finishing high-hardness materials).

Auxiliary Systems

Clamping: Three-jaw chuck (general purpose), hydraulic clamp (thin-walled parts), tailstock (long shaft support).

Cooling System: High-pressure cutting fluid (emulsion or oil-based), reducing cutting temperature to below 60°C.

Chip Removal System: Chain-type or spiral chip conveyor, keeping the machining area clean.
