Multiple technologies are employed to High Quality Closed Loop Microstep Driver,it ensures high-precision operation, such as the DM5 series 5-phase stepping motors with a step angle of 0.72° and a positioning accuracy of up to ±0.05°. Some drives also adopt built-in microstep technology, which delivers high-microstep performance even under low microstep settings, ensuring the motor maintains smooth operation across high, medium and low speed ranges.

 

Smoothly operating:

The built-in anti-resonance algorithm effectively addresses the low-speed jitter issue of stepper motors, ensuring smoother motor operation. Additionally, the integrated S-curve acceleration and deceleration smooths out the speed profile, enabling stable motor startup and shutdown. Furthermore, the High Quality Closed Loop Microstep Driver effectively resolve the step loss problem that may occur when traditional open-loop stepper motors operate at high speeds.

 

Easy setup:

Optical isolator isolation supports differential signal input and is compatible with 5–24V pulse signals. No series current-limiting resistors are required when connected to 24V pulse signals. The device allows configuration of 16 distinct program segments and supports multiple control modes including positioning, homing, JOG, limit and emergency stop. It also comes standard with a TYPE-C debugging interface and supports multiple fieldbuses such as EtherCAT, EIP and CANopen.
