High Precision 4th Axis Rotary Table

The High Precision 4th Axis Rotary Table all adopt radial-axial bearings. The worm gear is available in copper and alloy steel materials. Among them, alloy steel worm gears offer superior wear resistance and higher torque compared to copper ones, making them more resistant to load-induced wear when applied to the tilt axis of 4-axis machines.

Cable Wiring :

The The High Precision 4th Axis Rotary Table has a 2pins cable and 2 wires(white) here:
2 pins cable is for home switch( NC type) ,it has 2 wires:
brown and blue

(if your cnc controller need 0v as home input signal , then please connect blue to 0v and brown to home input signal )

(if your cnc controller need 24v as home input signal , then please connect brown to 24v and blue to home input signal )

The two white wires are for BRAKE solenoid valves DC24V + , - POWER. The brake is normal open type, when air press
solenoid active, brake is working.

The High Precision 4th Axis Rotary Table default mounting flange is 80*80mm, PCD is Φ90
